We have a callpilot 150 that when after hours we have an after hour greeting with an option that says if this is an emergency dial 2 and then it transfers the caller out to the on call person, but they are getting the following error:
On our after hours menu, our oncall option (option 2) is not functioning. The system states "The routing resources needed for this call are busy please try again later. Exiting the system.
Did anybody have any experience with this kind of issue.
