We have a callpilot 150 that when after hours we have an after hour greeting with an option that says if this is an emergency dial 2 and then it transfers the caller out to the on call person, but they are getting the following error:
On our after hours menu, our oncall option (option 2) is not functioning. The system states "The routing resources needed for this call are busy please try again later. Exiting the system.
Did anybody have any experience with this kind of issue.
 
What are you using to dial out, line, pool?

Can you manually dial that number from the system?
 
Should be using a Route as your out dial not Line Pool if using a PRI.
 
From my experience I've always had issues trying to use a route doing a external xfer. I found that if you just use a line/channel it works like a charm, i.e. line 010. Pending on if you have a full PRI or fractional.

then just selct that line as your outdial. i have a similar setup w/ PRI and it works just fine.

if you use route you sometimes have to put a # in front of the number it is calling, try that
