I have a client with a MICS 6.1 and Call pilot 150. The reporting server stops displaying real time stats but seems to get info thru the RBD. The only way I have been able to get it working again is to reboot the Call Pilot. Is there any way to restart a service or something?

There is a new release for the CP of 2.10.006. Not sure if thats going to fix the problem....also you should be aware of a DSP patch also recommmended.
