CallPilot 150 Mailbox Information Report Truncated 1

We have a CallPilot 150 running version 1.5.32.01. We currently have 47 active mailboxes that show up on the Directory report, but when the Mailbox Information report is selected, listings are only displayed for the first 5 mailboxes.

We've tried rebooting the CallPilot.

Have you tried upgrading to 2.1?

There's a 2.1? I thought 2.0 was the latest and greatest. Then maybe Novemberish 3.0 was coming out.

Thanks for the valuable information regarding the latest firmware versions.

However, this problem was resolved when I finally noticed that the last user on the report had inadvertently programmed Off-Premise Message Notification to be sent to her own extension.

Once OPN for this mailbox was deprogrammed, the report once again displayed all 47 voicemail users.

Just a bit strange...

Yes the latest release is 2.10.06 aka 2.1.
