Callpilot 150 Defaulting

Good Evening

I have several clients out there with CP150 version 3.1.XX.XX (not sure the exact version) After long power outages or just out of the blue during business hours, the CP150 will lock up and then default. (All systems have a good UPS system in place)

After hand-bombing several systems, I have been proactive to backup each system after I reprogram them.

Are others experiencing the same issues with their clients Callpilots?

Are they at the end of their shelf-life or do I (and others that I subcontract to) just having bad luck?

You probably have failing power supplies.

Hello Marv (Fellow Allworx Dealer here as well)

I have replaced several power supplies but have the same result. Just a side note, most systems are using the ACD systems and they are connected to the customers network.
