CallPilot 150 Call Center 2

Have running basic call center on call pilot 150 with 1 skillset and reporting for call center working properly. Added second skillset, re-booted CP and web-host PC with reporting, but second skillset did not show up in reporting. How do you acquire the new skillset in the reporting program???

Have U tried running the call center connection program on the reporting server again?

You need to make at least one call to that new skillset to
populate in your reports but don't forget to assign that new
skillset to the user "admin" or any other user that need to see those reports.
