CallPilot 100 on Norstar

I have 2 sites with the same trouble.

The callpilot is programmed to be answered by a standard auto attendant greeting. Intermittently, when an extension is entered the system generated recording "you have entered an invalid extension" it then brings you to the system generated prompt for the extension and when you enter it at that point it transfers to the appropriate extension. A field tech told me that there's a patch that needs to be loaded on the CallPilot, but I can't find any bulletins regarding this issue. Has anyone else run into this problem?

maybe the patch you are looking for is not really a patch at all. make sure the custom AA meny prompt is set to no.

what version of CP and DSP do you have?

I was recently informed of a DTMF patch for older callpilot versions.

The latest patch is dsp-A8, I think even 3.0 has the problem.
