Callpilot 1.07

Hi All,

I have a problem with callpilot, 1.07. and release 4 succession on an option 11c.

The callpilot has aquired all its CDNs and agents etc, and the elan is showing up and ok, but i cannot dial into any mailboxes to receive messages.

I am able to get the "welcome to callpilot, mailbox?" prompt, but from there on in the callpilot doesnt acccept what i am entering. It appears that it is bombing out on the password, but im not sire if it is accepting the mailbox numbers..

Has anybody come across a similar problem??

strange problem,i would reinstall the software, almost sounds like the set are not dtmf, a little tough to do on a digital set. have you tried accessing through a analog set?

Hi,

No the callpilot hasnt worked since the rls 4 upgrade unfortunately.. i thought it may be a release 4 to 1.07 compatibility problem, but the GRB for release 4 says the should be compatible.. which leaves me the problem!!!

Make sure you have current deplist for Call Pilot on switch and current PEP on Call Pilot

Need a little more information, is this happening to all TDM sets and IP or just IP sets?

Hi,

The system only has TDM sets on it, and it is a problem trying to access the callpilot from any handset...

Is the callpilot a i200 or i201??

It is a 200i server...

May need some type of patch or to move the 200 into slot 9 of the opt11. The i200 was replaced by the i201 when rls 1.07. the 200 would work in slot 10, the 201 would not. is the 200 installed in 10?
