CallMasterV Recording Voice Level Is very Low.

Hi All

I have very big problem. I have installed Nice analog voice redorder, and I record from 1st and 2nd pair from CallMasterV. But, When I listen, I hear one talking person only, the other voice is very low. But, CalMaster5 is working with Racal normally. Where can be a problem?

Is there any body to live with this stupid trouble?

Hi,

I have faced similer problem with Nice call focus. There I have solved the problem by changing System Companding mode.
Please try the same and give your feedback.

On which did you change companding mode? On nice system or Definity. Cause, if it is definity, It is difficult. i can encounter some bad causes such as phone is not working or not.
