Looks like some ghost in the Definity..few of our agents terminal goes off (completely disconnects) from the system and after a while say in 5 to 10 seconds it comes again. The agent has to login again to the terminal to take calls.. Any one come across this scary situation...!! This happens atlease one terminal a day.... and the situation seems to rise...
