Hey Guys,
I have inherited an older Definity system (V11) in one of our older sites. They are using an older CallMaster Phones 602A1. There are some features assigned to these phones that I am a little unsure of. I am supporting this group remotely and there is a language barrier so it’s tough to follow what they use the button features for:
All users that have them belong to a Hunt Group (Hunt Group 1) that has a Queue enabled.
• Auto-In_ GRP1
• Manual-IN_GRP1
• Abrv Dial are assigned for the FAC-ACDF (LOGIN Access Code) + 01
• Abrv Dial are assigned for the FAC-ACDF (LOGOUT Access Code)) + 01
• Abrv Dial are assigned for the FAC-ACDF (LOGIN Access Code) + 02
• Abrv Dial are assigned for the FAC-ACDF (LOGOUT Access Code) + 02

Any help would be great. I've never support a call queue before.

Here are some descriptions for you.

• Auto-In_ GRP1 (makes phone available for ACD calls)
• Manual-IN_GRP1 (similiar to auto-in, but puts you in AUX after ACD call. You need to hit man-in again to receive another call from the ACD)
• Abrv Dial are assigned for the FAC-ACDF (LOGIN Access Code) + 01 (logs phone into group 1)
• Abrv Dial are assigned for the FAC-ACDF (LOGOUT Access Code)) + 01 (logs phone out of group 1)
• Abrv Dial are assigned for the FAC-ACDF (LOGIN Access Code) + 02 (logs phone into group 2)
• Abrv Dial are assigned for the FAC-ACDF (LOGOUT Access Code) + 02 (logs phone out of group 2)

Rock on, be strong... SG
