I have a phone number in Iceland that some people here can call and others get a fast busy. Tried this number from different phone types and the only difference that I can see is the bcc field on my station is different than the others. I can get through. I know if anyone picks up a phone with the same COR it should behave the exact same way, but it's not. I'm baffled. any ideas and if this bcc field means anything on the station level. I can't change the value of it either.

If you do a 'list trace xxxx' while dialing from each and compare, that might lead you in the right direction.

BCC= bearer capability class.

It should be 0 for stations. What type of phone are you using? How is it configured? Do you have a data module? The BCC should be set at the route pattern level not station. Try removing your station and re-adding it by duplicating a working station. Hope this helps.
