Calling Line Name & Number 2

Trying to pass calling line name and number through an Call Pilot Auto Attendant. After a menu selection is made, the display shows the Call Pilot VM DN only and not the originating caller information. Missing a check box somewhere? BCM 50 Rls 1.0 using POTS lines in a square configuration.

Pots lines need to ring atleast 2 times to recive CLID. It does not come right away.

Perhaps if I changed the ring to "2" in the AA number of rings, the CLID should pass?

It will.
The CLID is passed between the first and the second ring.By assigning "ring" to 2 you make sure that CLID will be passed.

Changed the AA number of rings to "2" and works like a charm!
