Calling Line ID not displayed if call is forwarded from another

If a call to a local DDI is missed, it rolls to the attendant by default. However the attendant cannot see the originating callers ID only the phone that forwarded the call.

Is there a setting in the customer data block that extends caller ID under these conditions?
 
You might need to confirm that the incoming caller did send their number in. It's best to see if you can capture the CDR data.

I have the same problem. It was working until some unknow person changed my programming. I installed this system over 15 years ago. I know the CDR is capturing the data. Is it in CDB or RDB? Can't seem to remember where this is programmed.
