Calling ID on 5550IP Console

I have problems with a customer of ours. They have a building with several companies and virtual offices.
The reception has to answer most of the calls, now they want to know for what company the incoming call is. Now of course you can create a Name-tag huntgroup. But on the 5550 it only displays the name after Answering the call. They want to see it on forehand so that they can answer in a specific language.

Any Suggestions?

Ofcourse you can assign them to a softkey but the have 400 indailing numbers :(

I did try and search for a complete day.

My opinion is that it is not a good way how this works
You will see the name when the call is answered

Group the LDN's by Language

This will eliminate one decision point upon answering.
