Hi, I have install a 3300cxi system with a PRI.
I configured the outgoing calls with CPN substitution form and when I make a outgoing call from the system I send the correct number with the DDI. example: 223344 133. The problem is, when i make a fwd always to a external mobile number and someone call me from outside, the fixed number is not the external number but the enteprise number with a DDI.
Example:
caller mobile(66134343)->3300icp(223344 133)->call FWD to(04344441)->called (number visualized 223344 343 and not the 66134343).
Anyone know how I can send the caller mobile CLID?

Thank you

2 things required

On the 3300 you must not select the option to replace External CLID. When checked, any inbound PRI call that is call forwarded to an external destination over PRI will use the forwarded station's number not the calling party's number for CPN substitution or the default CPN if it not in the CPN substitution form.

On the PRI, the provider must allow non-subscribed numbers to be forwarded

99% of the time the Telco provider is blocking the outbound number regardless of what you are sending.

Use the maintenance command CCS TRACE ENABLE CONTINUOUS

Make a call and observe what number you are sending to the telco and what number actually arrives. This will tell you what side is causing the issue.

thank you KwbMitel.
I think that is the telco provider that block the outbound number.
After a trace I saw that the icp send the correct number.

Thank you.

You can request that the Telco provider allow this service typically.

You might want to try that avenue
