Calling from mobile to generic -no voice message

Hi,
I have such problem. I created generic number, but I would like to have voice message at the begining. At this moment I working but only from fixed telephone and when I'm calling throutht PSTN.
When I'm calling from mobile on this generic I don't hear any voice message.
Could someone help me???

From ALEX:

RACEI can be used to set the values of welcome and continuous announcement numbers for ATS, DTS or CXN directory number(s).

I think it means this command doesn't work for generic extensions.
