calling from BCM50 voip BCM400

hi,
I am trying to call a number, and the call goes like below,
905...-- BCM50-voip-BCM400-PRI -

I am calling a mobile phone number 054.., the mobile phone is ringing once and than the call is down.If the mobile phone is close Ican listen the all announce. but when I call another mobile phone which number is 053... it is ringing and I can talk.

can anyone help me?

What does BCM monitor show? Does the call ever reach the pstn and then drop or is the call dropping before you enter all the digits?

yes Ican see ?t on the monitor,
voip line 001 and the PRI line 179
after the call is connected, the connection time is 2 seconds, and than connection droped.

Are both Bcm's patched to the latest?
I saw that issue on a bcm 3.6 and it got fix by a patch.

when I call another GSM Operator, it rings and I can talk.

bcm400 R4.0 and bcm50 R2.0

What happens when you dial this number from the 400?

yes they are fully patched. when I dial from 400, there isnt any matter.
