I hope this doesn't get too long to explain.
We have now 2 did ranges 123.1234 and 124.1234. My IDC table is in this form - idgt xxxx ext xxx.
When an external caller calls either of the did range numbers, the correct extension is rung. if an internal caller calls on-net (7110)124.1234 it doesn't work. if they call (7110)123.1234, they get 124.1234, that is of course, if range 123 and 124 don't have the same last 4 digits (which is the case, none of the last numbers are the same)
I hope somebody can make sense of my explanation -
if they call on-net they have to dial 123.1234 when their number is 124.1234
