Good afternoon-
We have been having some issues dialing one number in particular. Our serivce provider thinks that they have the number forwarded causing an extended connection time or something to that effect. He said our phone system times out or something while trying to connect. You can dial this number from a cell fine. Is there something on the IPO that I need to extend to allow it to connect to this number.
