Hello all,
Not sure if any of you have come across this or not. I have a customer running R11.0.4.4.0B6 with SIP trunks and a combination of 95XX and 14XX series digital phones. They are fully Automated. When you call from outside and dial a persons extension that is forwarded (or twinned)to their cell phone the call goes through with out a hitch. But, if you try and call that same person from inside the caller gets "waiting for line". I have even tried to force the calls to dial the extension by adding short codes to dial extension.
I thought this was an issue with the service provider originally but they have since changed providers. The issue want away for a short period of time but is now back. Any ideas?
