Hi i downloaded this open source database of IP address ranges and locations. Looking to set up functionality on my website so currency is autoselected based on location. (the current site only has pounds, dolars, euros)


I would be most appreciative if a few people would test this link. Report back as to weather the right currency, location combinations where displayed for them.

The country code is right. Zimbabwe, where I am working at the moment but the currency should be Zim$.
I assume though that this was extreme testing.

It is however true that the local currency is devaluated so much that everyone uses USD, therefore you may be right.

Thanks for all your help. Unfortunatly all i have currently set up in site is payment in euro's pound's and US dolar's.
1) So I have set up rule that if in UK then default currency is pound
2) If an EU country and not uk then default currency is Euro.
3) If else where in world then default currency is US Dollar.

I have now upgraded this to live website so I would be most appreciative if someone would test and get back to me again.
