Callers List

Does anyone know why the callers list will not work?
I get an error "No Application available", when I press the directory button.
I have an Option 11 with release 3.0 sig server, and I2004 Ip phones.

Succession 4 and up.... not an option on 3.

On succession 4, in element manager you get the option to setup the feature on the sig server.

Sounds like you are hitting the wrong key, maybe mislabeled. Applications button gives that error you are seeing. Try one of the other buttons and see if it works.

No, the button says "Directory" , there is no "applications" button. I have a services button, but that is for different features - like Virtual office login...etc.
I'm just trying to get the callers list and the redial list. The phones are I2004's and the system is a Succesion 3.0.

Like Triton101 states - this isn't available for IP phones on a PBX running release 3.0

Ditto rls 3 and below is a no go for callers list. This came out as a working model in release 4.

The DIRECTORY button refers to Corporate Directory, if that feature is downloaded and allowed on the IP phone.
