CALLERS LIST ON SET 3904(NORTEL NETWORKS)

I have done all the programming for this set 3904 on opt11c pbx.
The set is working fine but no callers list.
which means you can't see the missed calls. it will only display the number of callers on your extension.ie for instance "20 callers"on the display, but no key to press for you to see the callers. I have also done "fdlf" and "fdlu" for the 3904 sets.
Please what do i do to get this issue resolved?

i believe this is turned on by the phone, under options. You have to turn on call logging, then you specify all calls or just missed calls

That's right.
You have to go into Options and select LOG ALL CALLS.

Callers List always shows 0 calls and New Call Indication doesn't work. Extn needs CLS of CNDA.

It's still not working. I want my users to be able to see the extensions that called them in their absence.

2. Call log options
3. Log All Calls

Yes I did. I'm having "29 CALLERS" on one of the sets. But how can I know the callers(extensions). I know that there should be a key to press inorder to view the callers, but there is no indication on any key for the new callers on 3904.

Prt the TN and check key 27 it should look like this;

There was nothing on key 27 so I tried to program it,(key 27 CLT)
I got the message "sch1370"

On the bottom of the M3904, there's a directory/log key, or if you have the icon base key cap, it looks like a book press that and use the directional arrow key to navigate

I have a similar problem. I have a new set that has key 27 CLT and key 28 RLT. But the button do not work and are not even labeled on the set. The phone on my desk is set up the same and it works fine. Any sugestions?
