This is the third time I have heared about this.....
Only ever happened once each but to three different customers on 3 different IP Office set-ups/versions/systems.....
Basically after a call has been finished the customer or caller has cleared down(hung up) the call hasn't ended for some reason and the caller somehow ends up in the customers(ipoffice) voicemail options!
This has happened twice after calls and once on a DDI dialin - where by the caller here the standard IPOffice voicemail messages of press 3 to listen to the message....press 4 to delete message etc!!!
Obviously this is of grave concern to the customers as callers could get access to sensitive information or voicemails!
I personally think it's down to just a complete freak occurance or bug or inadvertant unintentional hack or the system gets it's wires crossed! And will probably never happen again but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced it......?!
Thanks
Ian
