Hi All,

We have a CS1000 rls 5.5 and have a small issue I'm hoping can be solved.

When we receive a call from an external caller, their CLI is displayed on our sets but is missing the first digit. IE telephone number 01234567890 would be displayed as 1234567890.

Is this likely to be a misconfiguration somewhere or is there anyway we can add the leading 0 in the system somewhere?

Thanks

Chris

You can get the Meridian to insert 0 for National and 00 for International using the DAPC prompt in the RDB

FTR_DATA
**DAPC**PREFIX TABLE NO: 00 **

CNTY UK
SBN NO
PNI 00000
NCNA NO

CPFXS YES
SDID NO
DAPC YES
TBL 0

The table entered at the TBL prompt is the table from the FTR_DATA in LD 15, if you have'nt got a table you'll need to create it. Incidently if you put 90 and 900 in your table, users can callback straight from teir Callers List.

Thanks for the quick reply :)

Ive Printed the ftr data and it currently looks like this:-

REQ: prt
TYPE: ftr
TYPE FTR_DATA
CUST 0

TYPE FTR_DATA

**DAPC**PREFIX TABLE NO: 00 **

How would I change this to add the 90 for local and national calls?

Many thanks for the help.

Chris

Also, the TBL entry is not present on the rdb. Can you guide me how to add this? Can it be done without downtime on the PRI?

Thanks

Chris

The table entry only appears when you enter DAPC YES, then enter the Table No (0) against TBL prompt. this will not cause any problems to an active ISDN link

To get the 9 prepended
