I have an Avaya ip small office works like a partner no ip phones.The incoming trunks are all analog.The trouble that I'm having is that when an incoming call is connnected I can here the callers but the callers can't here me.Acting like one way transmission,any Ideas would be helpful. I have had the Lec out and they said the line was fine.
