CallerID only sending 7 digits

When I dial out of my Opt 61 rls 21.35 pbx it sends out the nxx and the ldn0 but not the npa.

Any ideas?

You may need to check your CLID information in LD 15. If you Print a Phone the Key 0 may say;
KEY 00 SCR 34567 0
The 0 at the end of the number is instruction on incerting or srtipping numbers to be sent out.

Check your CLID information to see what you are telling the computer to send out or not send out.

At the City we use space 0, space 1, space 2 and space 5, each send the CLID information for that number. example if any Key is 31234 5, the digits for the Phone number are blocked, if 31234 0 is used 473 is added to show 473-xxxx.
