CallerID Nortel BCM1000, displays Line

I have a Nortel BCM 1000 that displays the BCM's Line number on incoming calls, instead of the caller's phone number. I know in the newer BCM Element Manager you can select Name, Line, or Number to be displayed, but I can't seem to find it in the older BCM interface. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
 
I should also mention that the calls get to the phones via Auto Attendant. When the call rings at the phone it says "Line 211 transfer". Thanks.
 
Firstly do you have caller ID presented to you.
can you see the calling number when answered.

If not the check with your Telco to see if you are entitled to it.
 
perhaps the auto-attendant is answering before caller id info is transmitted, requires at least 1 ring to get caller id transmitted if you are using analog trunks.
