CallerID display line name AND number

Hi,

I'm programming a high volume call center app on a BCM 400 with Nortel IP 1140E phones that have multi line displays....

I think I know the answer, but is there any way to display CallerID line name AND number as call is ringing or even after call is answered? I know that the user can press F811 then "more" to get this info, but that's a lot of buttons when they have these great new phones with big displays.

Any possible suggestions will be appreciated.
