Caller_ID on CDR (Call Detail Recording)

Does amybody know how to configure the Caller-ID so that appears on the CDR. I get the call detail for an incoming call but I don't get the calling number. Also I need to know if you can get the call detail for an internal call.

Do you have a PRI or caller ID trunks? If you dont get it on your phone you wont get in in reports.

Look at the BCM Monitor program and see if it show up there.

The trunks that I have have Caller-ID. I do see the number on the phone.

I will try the BCM Monitor.

On the BCM Monitor I do see the Caller-ID, but in the raw data I don't see it.
