We have upgraded from a system 75 to IP 500 unit. I have one feature that i cannot find that we had with the system75, When a caller called and the user was on the phone we heard a ring busy tone. Now we only hear a ring and the caller does not know if the user on the other end is one the phone or just not there. Can a ring busy tone be configured on the ip office?
