I have a PRI using NI2 and I want to know what packages are needed to get the callers name to come through from the PSTN. Is it the same packages used for the Network name? Do i need to have our provider flip a switch? Thanks

The provider has to supply the name with the inbound call. Most carriers charge a premium for this service.

SO do I need any addition packages or is it the same packages used for the Network name?

Ok, thats what I thought, the NTP's are a little confusing. It shows a nortel phone on the originating phone going through the cloud to another nortel switch(nortel to nortel), it does not really clarify if it uses the same features for calls originating from a non-nortel phone going through the PSTN cloud.

one place to check is trac an inbound call.. find out if the provider is sending the name. if not they will change a class mark on the d to turn it on..
