Caller list on IP 1230's not working

Hi, yesterday I noticed this not working on IP sets. The "Caller" list. When I press it says "Searching"..... then after a while it says "server error, try later"

Any ideas?

Sounds like the server running Personal Directory is down. Go into the PBX, LD 117, and type stat serv . My guess is you will see a server off line

I see, you only have one signal server. Can you get into Element Manager and see if the box is checked for Personal Directory in the Node Configuration?
 
If it just stopped working, you may need to do "appstart pd restart" from command line on the SS

** Proofread carefully to see if you any words out.
