Caller-Info Button Programming

Hi there,

Is there a way to increase the caller-info display timing(on phone display) to more than a minute, Presently it is stand for 30 seconds and disappeaered, Reps had to press 2 or 3 times Caller-Info Buton to retrive the diaplay content.

Any Help appreciated
