Caller ID

We have installed an external box to detect Caller ID on the Meridian. It works most of the time. However, when a call rings in, the Meridian returns ringback to the trunk and clobbers the caller ID detection. Does anyone know a way to turn the ringback off?

This is happening on both an Option 11C and two Option 11C Mini with release 25.40.

The Meridian 1 does not send ringback tone to the CO, the CO sends ringback tone to the called. there must be some other reason the called ID is not working.

Also I noticed the CLS on your trunks is DIP, it should be DTN
