I have a customer that we upgraded to 9.1.3 a few months ago and ever since the upgrade the incoming caller ID now shows External instead of the caller's name. In sysmon I can see the caller ID coming in across the SIP trunks.

Any ideas?

On the SIP trunk have you set Name Priority as Favor Directory (I am assuming the name matching is against your phone system directory)?
