Last week I upgraded a system from R8 to R9.1. Everything is working fine except for the caller ID. Prior to the upgrade incoming calls would display the number as well as the name of the caller. Now the number is still displayed however for the name every call is showing up as "External." Has anyone else seen this issue with R9.1?

BRI, PRI, SIP?
Where from did you get the name? Directory, Line?

I assume it comes from the line. A SIP trunk. There's no listings in the directory.

For SIP tunks, there is a setting System Default/Favour Trunk/Favour Directory.
