We just installed an Avaya IP Office 500 with pots lines and are having issues with caller id. We can get caller id on all lines. The problem is that the customer wants to see caller id when she is on a call. For instance, she takes a call on line one, the call shows name and number, then line 2 starts ringing in. She can't see who is calling on line 2 unless she puts line 1 on hold. Does anyone know if there is a fix or a work a round for this?
