Morning all.
Need assistance to the following issue.
We calls are not answered after 4 rings they are sent to operators who will advise caller no answer do the wish to be sent to voice mail. However the are only seeing the extension dialed not the name assigned to that extension
is ther something in the cls that i need to change so they can see both name and number. It doesnt happen on iternal calls only external.thanks
 
I'm not sure, but why they need that to send it to VM?

they want a live person to address the call before going to voice mail. The issue is the extension only comes up not the name. I need to get the name displayed as well
 
In the set CLS; CNDA and CNIA allow CLID info

all set and the att console are programmed CNDA CNIA still only getting DN no Name
