We currently have our outgoing caller ID set to one number for all calls:

ARS shows it as:
1N;
1Nsi8478889999
Dial 3k1

We want to setup if a particular number is called then the DID is sent instead. I thought I could setup an ARS like this for dialing 18471002000:

Code: 18471002000
Tele: 1Nsi847227E
Feature: Dial 3K1

It still sent the 8478889999 as I am guessing the 1N; is matching first?

I am not sure if I am explaining this well enough. Basically if anyone dials a certain number (18471002000) send the DID number, all other times send 8478889999 (which it is currently doing). Can this be done?

What does the system shortcode look like that sends the calls to the ARS?

Set it up as follows:

Code: 18471002000N;
Tele: 18471002000Ns847227E
Feature: Dial 3K1

With the N it's waiting for another series of digits and so not matching that shortcode. Also you don't really need to set the s847277E in both places just in the ARS

Thanks that worked Telecomboy!

I am not sure what N to take out but it seems to be working fine.

Thanks again!

Oops I see you explained about the N. Thanks.
