Is there a way to supress a specific DID number so it's not passed out of the PBX? I know I can do this on the trunk for numbers in general, but I was more looking at doing this on a case by case basis.

Would it be easiest just to create a non-DID number and issue that instead? Probably huh?

Add a button "cpn-blk" to the phone. When pushed it takes a free line appearance and will send out a private Caller ID. Picking the phone up normally still allows the caller ID to go out.

While the cpn-blk button works fine, you have to physically press it each time you make a call. If you want all calls on that extension or a group of extensions you need to change the isdn public-unknown-numbering. just type (ch is pu)the form is pretty simple. Good luck, Ron
