Caller ID when online

Is there any way to get the caller id when you are online instead of getting the trunk number? Customer is running BCM 50 3.0 with analogue trunk.

You should get it regardless. Check the Caller ID settings and make sure the first display is Name or Number and not Line Name

I forgot to say that the trunk are answered by the voicemail

If you mean the auto attendent it needs to ring 2 times for analog lines to pass the CLID info. Change the ring number for the lines in the AA/line admin.

All these setup are done. We have the caller id from the AA but when we are online the second call always give me the trunk number.
