Caller Id thoughts

Hello all

I have ipo 406v2 running 5.0 and a 16 port expansion box

I have 5410 phones and using atm4 card. I have gone thru all the forums on here
Changing the gain, changing loop start caller Id and back again

However. The logs show cli is on and phones show up external call

Caller id service is running on the lines

The caller display for each ext is greyed out and set to off

Could I have a bad ATM card or any other thoughts ?

This was the main reason we got the system was for caller Id

Either yhr CLI detection mode is incorrect for your lines
or it is not being sent by the line provider.

test the line with a CLI capable phone - just because the line provider say it is on is no guarantee that it really is!

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Did you try checking long CLI line for each line?

I would definitely test the lines outside the system with a caller id box just to make sure they are sending it though. Could save a lot of extra work.
