Caller ID sometimes with extra zeros 1

We have a strange problem.
Depending on the line a caller is connected on there is a different CLID displayed in the operator workstation.
The basic number is the same, but sometimes with extra leading zero's.
This prevents the directory manager from finding the description of the number in the addressbook (it cannot find the number in the list because of the extra zero's).

the leading zero's are normal but I see that route 2 does not have this conversion. the prepending of the 0's is necessary to have the number log working on the phones.

adding these lines should do the trick:
