We have an Option 11c with Succession 4.5 with 1 PRI.

Last week we added 3 did numbers to our pri and I did this by creating an IDC Table for these 3 numbers, along with our Main number on the PRI. Now whenever a call comes in, our display shows the Name of the Calling Party followed by -201-555-5555 (our number) and then 444-4444(The calling party number).

What do I need to do to have just the name and number of the calling party displayed, the way it was before I implemented the IDC Table?

Thanks

can you post your IDC table and inbound route?

Here is the IDC Table. When you say the Inbound Route are you referring to the RDB?

Ok, I would enable dch messaging in LD96 and see the calls coming in. You don't have too much to say about inbound CLID, that is from the telco

Those 3 you added arn't DID's, they are just numbers you have the telco pointing to your PRI and they are sending 10 digits to you so they are sending the CLID of that 10 digit number. I personally just have the Telco point each one of them to a different DID number in my DID range and then I can use an ACD to send it where ever I want using NCFW.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

In the route data block was the prompt "DNIS=YES" just changed last week too? The DNIS flagged yes may be what is causing the DID number to stay with the call. It can be no and the IDC table will still work.

I had to change the DNIS from No to Yes to get it to work. When it is set to "NO", then all calls go straight to the receptionist at a 2250 console.
