Caller ID showing on Hunt Group Calls? 2

Installing large MICS 6.1 system. perfect candidate for Hunt Groups, but caller ID is important to customer, and I can't remember if the caller ID is presented to the sets in the group with the HG being Ring and appear or not. I can't experiment because my PRI will not be up until 5:00pm Friday night.
If not, I guess I will have to go with just Target Lines and be careful of my forwarding patterns.

Marv01. I tried it on my BCM 3.5 where I was the only member in HG01. I told HG01 to answer Target Line 256. I allowed the BCM to update and then intecom'd extension 625 (my hg01 intercom number) and that showed who was intercoming me. I then tried to called the HG directly with my cell and it showed my cell number. Hope this helps.

Yes it should. I installed a location last year with POTS lines & caller ID behind an AA to sets with HG#s Ring & appear from the CCR. The only thing I needed to do was to allow the 2 rings for CI to kick in. Since you have a PRI it should be immediate.

Of course you already know that the HG# will be fixed on the sets just like an Ans DN.

Thanks nam555 and Sphoneman. you both get a star for your efforts. It did indeed work flawlessly. I had hunt groups going all over the place combining 4 business divisions with there old published phone numbers pointed onto my new PRI. Was so much fun to watch it work after the PRI cut-over this evening. Customer is happy, happy. I appreciate it that you tried it before posting.
