Caller ID scroll, Voice mail undelete msgs and cancel msgs sent

First time posting
Have a customer w/IP Office, They want 4412D+ phones. Does anyone know if these have call id scroll.
Also wants to know w/voice mail, can deleted messages be retrieved and sent messages be cancelled.
And a question for myself - Would the IP Office support VOIP via home cable modem or DSL?

**U (aka **8) will undelete the message so long as you haven't moved past or disconnected.

Messages that have already been sent cannot be cancelled.

I used a VPN Phone (via the 4.1 license) over my home DSL connection with very little issue (obviously voice quality cannot be guaranteed). I have also networked IP Office together via VPN over DSL/Cable (see above for voice quality).
