Caller ID question

Is there any reason why on my Opt11C 4.5 that when an external caller calls my extension on Key 01 of my 2616 that I can get name and number displayed, but if they call Key 00 from the same location I only get number displayed? If I put the caller on Key 00 on hold and then pick it up, name will then be displayed, however, not on the initial call.

I think CLS ADD (automatic digit display) shows the info only when you answer. TDD (tandem digit display) or one other, which I forget right now, shows the info before you answer.

Could chg to cls tdd, but I don't see key 1 as being able to get a call, it's a transfer button. How many inbound routes do you have, could they be coming in differently?? Normally, the Nortel doesn't control how a call is presented!

almost sounds like two different calls maybe coming in two different ways, ie: PRI or DTI or even copper?? We take inbound info from the CO, so this would be my guess!
