Caller Id Question on Avaya Phone Model 6424D+M 1

Does anyone know if Avaya Phone Model 6424D+M is capable of scrolling thru the caller-ID. Our receptionist would like to retrieve previous phone numbers from the call-id display on this model phone.

Try this:

To display the call history:
1. Press Menu twice.
2. Press Next and then press Hist.
3. The display shows the time, date and number of the caller. To display the details of different
callers, press and Next/Prev.
4. You can then select to either callback the caller or delete the call from the call history:
• To delete the call from call history: Press Delet.
• To call the caller: Press Call.
