Changed dialtone vendors recently and cust said caller ID not correct when forwarding phones to cell phones call comes in via DID to station goes to cell correct with correct
ID from caller but when transfered from console cell phone shows Main Number which is what is shown for every out dialed call from building which is the way i always thought it worked. Is there a way to show incoming caller ID when transfered from console to station that is forwarded out to cell phone?

If this was working prior to the change of vendors, I would have the new vendor check the settings he has between his C.O. and the cell provider.
 
try putting DANI yes on the phone that is forwarding to Cell.
